Senior Direct Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Direct Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth through implementing a direct marketing strategy. Juggling between high-level and hands-on topics, you will develop Direct Marketing into an omni-channel 1-to-1 conversation with an 8-digit-large user base, including (but not limited to) emailing.

Structure: You will be part of the Direct Marketing Team (currently a team of two people), within the Sales & Marketing department. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve and implement the Direct Marketing strategy
  • Plan actions and automations across Direct Marketing channels, to deliver Monthly and Quarterly goals and hand-in-hand with our Live Ops team
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (external vendors, partners and game publishers and other internal teams…) to deliver projects, actions, tools
  • Track performance, analyse data and make decisions to unlock further growth
  • Create and send newsletters campaigns
  • Lead topics on collecting, organising and segmenting First-Party data
  • Explore, test and launch new ideas

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing on a large user base
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and First-Party data
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Marketing or related fields
  • Proven track-record with implementing cross-functional projects and driving decision-making
  • Proven track record with implementing new ways to find growth and drive revenue
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, with an understanding of User Engagement Metrics (Churn, ARPPU, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually
  • Deep knowledge of Direct Marketing, passion for marketing tech and trends
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing (including preparing and coordinating campaigns, A/B testing, maintaining high database hygiene)
  • English proficiency - both spoken and written - and copywriting skills
  • Basic knowledge of photoshop, HTML and CSS
  • Basic knowledge of the PC video games industry
