EerieDecay34 GOG team. i cast my vote because you have worked hard for this website and i want to be able to let my grandkids be able to buy from you one day so please sever the contract as soon as you possibly can, it is against your site, it is a betrayal to the people who have bought from you, what will they do if suddenly they can't play their games anymore? as for a refund? it will be thousands if not 100 thousands lost in this endeavour of getting bought by Epic this is my stand i hope to see that this wish is granted
FireWire400 They bought Bandcamp recently, which more or less is the equivalent of GoG for music. I think they'll buy GoG at some point, too, and there's nothing that we can do about it. CDPR really fucked up with Cyberpunk and is now taking the piss on their customers with the whole Epic Games deal they have going.

Sarang Everyone here has their gripes about Epic but my fear is TenCent getting ahold of my data should Epic buy GOG. After all, TenCent owns a lot of Epic Games stock and can have undue infuence in my opinion. <br /> TenCent is a HACK games comapny that copies more successful games(see: rips off) and even doesn't do it competently like Naughty Dog. I mean if they did then they would be pushing TenCent made games outside of China left and right so in order to steal foreigner's money they have bought stock in Platinum Games and many other prominent game comapnies that we like. For movies they've paid for co-productions.with American movie companies. <br /> I already addressed their connections at the beginning.

Mkhuseli5k Epic is a legacy game company but their focus is on live services. Not game preservation. If it had to happen then I hope CDP is bought by Embracer Group who care more about game preservation than live services.

CallMeNighthawk I click on the weekly free EPIC game, but I'd never in my wildest dreams give money to them, I don't even include the games I have on their as being a part of my collection. GOG lacks A LOT of community features, but at least they have a nice MySpace 2005 layout, EPIC doesn't even let you have a profile pic lmaooooo. I do have a very real fear of GOG going under one day and I'll no longer be able to own my digital video games moving forward. But the Steam rental website will just have to do.

tsath1972 I agree. EPIC is an awful company and I've had nothing but headache with their customer support refusing to follow their own policy. I will *never* give money to EPIC, and if GOG and EPIC become one company, I will extend that boycott to GOG. I can see from the comments here I'm not alone. Merging with EPIC would be the end of GOG. Run away. Fast. Severe this new shared platform agreement ASAP.

se7ens22 I've been games in GOG since 2011. Lords of the Realm 2 was my first game to buy and bought more throughout the years. I do know GOG has integrated Epic Games into their gaming platform. But I swear, if GOG gets bought by Epic Games, I will not support Epic. Unless they stay true to DRM free or continue to make old games compatible with windows 10 x64.
